Marshall and Jan started Integrity Insurance Agency in 2011. Marshall's goal was to focus on commercial insurance and bring his experience in workplace safety and insurance programming together into one well-rounded service package. Not only has Integrity Insurance Agency grown into one of the leading commercial insurance agencies in Topeka, but literally hundreds of individuals and families have found Integrity Insurance Agency as a great source for their personal insurance needs as well.

In their next chapter, the Madills have decided to lend their support to a much needed community service in the form of non-emergency medical transportation. In late 2023, they reimagined the Integrity brand as a new venture with a commitment to provide safe, dependable, comfortable transportation to medical appointments in the northeast Kansas region. While the Integrity Insurance Agency continues to thrive, they have pivoted their focus to this important resource for area residents.

The Madills reside in rural Wakarusa, Kansas. They have four grown children and eight grandchildren, and they are active members of Grace Community Church in Overbrook.
